Yoga therapy is a type of therapy ( treatment) that uses yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and guided imagery to improve mental and physical health through yoga360 at Hubballi. Meet our youngest Participant who is 64 years old with a year history of PD ( Parkinson's disease). He has completed his 2 weeks YOGA THERAPY sessions through YOGA360.

Subjectively, the participant gained much enjoyment and relaxation from Yoga Therapy sessions. And he has started gaining balance through the techniques of yogic science. A 60 mins yoga Therapy sessions can bring changes in your daily routine, says our young participant who has undergone the training of yoga therapy.
